Start A New Christmas Tradition This Year
It’s that time of year again when everyone is fully thinking about The Holidays. Thanksgiving is here and Christmas is right around the corner. For some, this can be hard time of the year because of finances or challenges that life has thrown them over this past year.
The Holidays are a great time to refocus on good and joyful times and try to let go of some of the past hurts. It’s a time to think about friends and family instead of worrying so much about money.
Holiday Traditions are a great way to get you to turn your focus to happy things. Some of our Holiday Traditions we’ve had since we can remember. Other Holiday Traditions began when you were married or had children. And yet, there is room for new Traditions or to replace an old one.
There have been many Christmases when our finances were so limited we didn’t even know how we were going to buy formula, let alone gifts for our baby or family. We learned to find other ways of enjoying the Holidays and not letting a lack of money determine if our Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons were going to be good or bad.
Below I have laid out many options for seriously tight budgets to having a little extra money to do something frivolous. It doesn’t matter how much money you have, it just matters if you want to have a good Holiday Season and choosing to make it the best you can.
